The Soup Market just celebrated its 6th birthday in February and we have decided to join the 21st century. We now have a Facebook page, and if I knew anything about computers, I'd put a cute little shortcut to our page right about here___. But, I don't, so you'll just have to find us there. Become a fan, send us feedback, request soups, tell us what you like, what could be improved, etc. We appreciate the feedback, it's one of the best ways to improve.

We would just like to say a quick "Thank you" to Theresa Nemetz, founder of Milwaukee Food Tours for including us on their eating tours of the Third Ward. They have been stopping by our location at the Milwaukee Public Market for a few years now, and we are grateful to be included in their lineup of restaurants that they visit.

We are pleased to introduce our new root beer! It's called Haley & Annabelle's Vanilla Root Beer. It is made by my two daughters and me. We will be using the proceeds to pay for their college in the future. (They're only 11 and 6 right now.) We have had a very positive response so far, and a lot of people have commented that it tastes similar to A&W's original, which we will take as a compliment. The vanilla is actual vanilla extract, not artificial extract like some colas on the market. It makes a really great root beer float. It's on sale now at all of our locations

The Soup & Stock Market offers seven soups daily, as well as baked potatoes and baked sweet potatoes. For those of you who like to cook at home, we sell our stocks (chicken, beef, turkey, vegetable, lobster, fish and veal). 

The Soup & Stock Market soups will vary from The Soup Market's  Bay View  location on a day to day basis, so be sure to check both sites to find your favorite soup. We have recently introduced a few of our cold sandwiches including Julia Child's Deluxe chicken walnut salad on a cranberry ciabatta roll, egg salad on multigrain bread, a smoked turkey & Swiss wrap as well as a vegetarian fresh mozzarella & tomato sandwich on a ciabatta roll. We also do boxed lunches. Packer Sundays, hunting trips, parties, etc. All you have to do is call The Soup Market [(414)727-8462] two days before the soup is on the menu there and place your order. It can be picked up at any location, just specify where you would like it sent.
